Kristen Clark 

Owner

Founder of Tri Fitness and trainer. After several years of working out at a gym and taking classes on nutrition, I became fully dedicated to my overall wellness. Healthy living became my passion. My dedication and passion did not stop with me, I wanted to help others.

Opening a gym allows me to motivate others and encourage both beginner and advanced fitness levels in an uplifting environment. I am 45 years old and this June I will have been married for 16 years to a wonderful man, Eric (My Rock). In addition to the support from my husband is my amazing sons, Will 14 and Cooper 12. They too encourage my fitness because they see how great it makes me feel.

After 22 years of working in the telecommunication industry, I retired to pursue my dream. Ultimately my goal is to continue with healthy habits, work forward in achieving personal training certificates, and guide others to achieve their fitness goals fearlessly so they can reach their full potential.

Heather Peake

Trainer

My name is Heather, I am a 40 year old mom of two daughters. I am an assistant regional property manager for ROCO real estate and I truly love my job. 

I haven’t always been a lover of fitness. In 2014 I decided I needed to get into shape to be able to play with my kids and to show them what kind of woman I was. At my heaviest I weighed 263 pounds. I joined the gym to start my weight loss journey at 222 pounds. 

I like some of you, started with a simple challenge. I’m very competitive. So the drive to win was very serious. After losing 80 pounds I knew I had the passion and desire to help others. I became ASFA group certified, piyo certified and insanity certified. I train small personal groups two days a week and I enjoy every second of it. I enjoy distance running and have ran at least one half marathon a year for the last 5 years. It’s very possible you’ve seen me running the streets of delta township more than once! 

I love helping people and pushing them to be their very best. For me, being part of a group makes things fun and exciting. I am always available to lend a listening ear, go for a run, discuss concerns or fears or have a burpee contest!

Andrew Barr 

Trainer

Hey I am Andrew Barr. I am glad to be apart of the Tri Fitness team. My passion for fitness started in high school. Being active in sports is what saved my life senior year, after a horrible neck injury. A few years after high school and my recovery, I decided I wanted to be a fitness instructor and help people achieve their personal goals. In 2015 I became NASM certified as a fitness instructor/personal trainer. My goal is to help people change their lives day by day not just physically but also mentally. 

In my spare time I coach varsity sports and work in the health field. I have a beautiful daughter that looks up to me every day. 

I hope I can help encourage and motivate our members to be the best version of themselves. Don't forget everyone's journey is their own and it's a process.

Ali Cosgrove

Trainer

I became certified in POUND in August 2016 and have been teaching ever since!

I've been married to my husband, Andrew since 2010 and they have 3 children, Mark, Emily and Henry. I work full time for the State of Michigan in Children’s Services. 

I love being part of the fitness world and am ready and willing to help you meet your health goals alongside the amazing staff at Tri Fitness!
